Bug description:
- The item "Suramarian Sapphire" (wowhead link: https://www.wowhead.com/item=147768/suramarian-sapphire#sold-by)
should be sold by "Sundries Merchant" (wowhead link: https://www.wowhead.com/npc=109563/sundries-merchant)
but it isn't there. The merchant has an empty space where it should be but is missing.

The merchant who should be selling the item are at the Suramar merchants part.

now there is the item but you can not buy it, indicates that you do not have the mission

yes that's true the item is available now but you cannot buy it. I abandoned the quest thinking i can go back and try again now i cant see the quest.

This is related to the paladin class mount chain and it wasn't supposed to go live yet.

Your quests related with the class mount campaign will be deleted.
