How to continue?

Greetings, on the night of Sunday, January 6, I am accused and punished for hack / modification of client by the system [Warden].

I sent my information to [email protected] explaining what happened and how it happened (dismounting my flying mount in motion in broken shores to attack a mob), and send the dumps file as explained on the web, I still did not receive a response.

On Monday 7, I made a post in the section (https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Unban-Unmute-requests-f5568.html) and detail the information requested, I still did not receive a response.

I read about other similar cases and understand that even though I try to explain and make you understand that I do not use any hack, the client could have been modified without my knowledge (it is redundant to clarify that if it happened, it was not a decision of mine).

I need to know how to continue with my case which has not yet given me an answer.

Sadly we do not undo WARDEN bans, as it does indeed only act upon getting triggered by an actual modification.
The only thing to do is wait out the ban, and in the meantime, try to use the time on figuring out what may have caused it to trigger.

It could have been triggered by the likes of custom codes in a WA string, Cheat Engine, cheats for other games, malware on the PC itself etc.

So, does not it make sense to follow the instructions that the website indicates about sending an email to [email protected] as well as doing a post in Unban / Unmute requests; When the warden system blocks the account is irreversible and unappealable, should I just wait unfairly?

If something was modified I would prefer to delete and re-download the game to avoid a recurrence of the problem and avoid another two months of punishment for something that I do not provoke (I wonder what is the difference between those who went through this without being guilty to those who they really use hacks, when you have the same punishment ...).

Thanks for the answer, it would be good to review if there are no problems between warden and the game luncher someday.

Hello, I have the same exact issue here. I've been banned for "[WARDEN] Hacks/client modifications detected" first time in the December for 24 hours, without any obvious reason. After that I haven't been playing the game for a while up to yesterday when I made sure I close every single program in the system as well as any other program that would interfere with other applications (antivirus, defender, etc.). I even ran the game as an administrator and prayed that it would not give me another ban and guess what happened? Another ban. But now, for 60 days. I've already made an unban request via email so I hope they get to me soon. I am not using any cheat engines or any program of that nature in case someone was wondering.

Something you have running on your computer is being detected as a cheat or client modification by Warden. Are you perhaps using any gaming mouse/keyboard software, for example Razer Synapse or something similar by Logitech? Those could be causing it. It could also be detecting any cheats installed on your PC, even if you're not actually injecting them into WoW.

yes, I have a gaming PC by Asus, which has some bios pre-installed gaming software (ROG gaming center, Sonic studio,...) + I am also using a Razer Synapse for my Razer mouse. But the thing is, I had some issues in the past with the Sonic studio so I also made sure to disable it as well as Razer Synapse prior to starting to the game, as I mentioned before, I closed every single program in the system tray and some others via Task manager. I also have been playing with the same setup in the past during the 7.1.5 patch.
I am not using any cheats on my PC for any game that I would know of except for Cronus Max on my PS4 which is out of the picture.

It's possible that some software which wasn't being detected in 7.1.5 is being detected now - we had multiple cases like this shortly after the patch launched. In the end, I'm afraid the responsibility to find out which program is causing it lies on you - we have no way of telling what caused the ban, it's ana utomatic ban caused by Warden, and Warden isn't informing us about what exactly it found.
