Bug description:
The radius of Power Word: Barrier is a little small, maybe missing the 7.2.5 change that increse his size by 23%.

Proof:
- 7.2.5 patch notes: "Power Word: Barrier mana cost reduced by 37% and radius increased by 23%"

Confirmed, the mana cost change was implemented but the change in size was not. tested at the exact same spot as the screenshots in the OP and found the same to be true.
