[DUPLICATE] Achivement Bug (Broken isle Diplomat)

Bug description: Completed all factions to revered but cann get credit for Court of Farondis and Dreamweavers

I think I found the workaround solution for this.
Account details: Two 110 characters (both migrated). One have partial progress on the achievement (not itself but completed some WQ so got the rep)
Solution: Delete the char with partial progress on Achievement and then complete one WQ (I choose single object quests) with other char on zones status dosn't hit revered in achievement (in my case Aszuna and Val'sharah)

I can’t delete the Other account with partial progress, others way ?
One more thing today I play with the other account with partial progress and image “wardens revered” and now on my main pg I have only hit wardens and

Try completing WQ on revered zones (without deleting any thing) with your character that already have all zones revered (but doesn't have achievment).
