[DUPLICATE] Sweeping Strikes vs Execute and 4p Bonus

Bug description:
I don't really know what it causes the problem, the hitbox? the spell itself, the timer, the angle of swipe dunno, and the 4P bonus sometimes hits 3 times with mortal strike and sometimes 1 or 2 while in bladestorm with more targets ( Random ) , on single target hits 3 times, and i just did Demonic Inquisition on Normal and we kept the bosses stack and when i used bladestorm only 1 Mortal strike was landed by the 4 pice bonus and he hit only my main target Belac not Atrigan which was near it.
Proof: i tested on dummy in OG both
Execute not working with the sweeping strike only at some sort of angle or yards
4P bonus not working on more targets sometimes +sweeping strikes ( cast only on primary target even if others are close or in front etc ) and less casts

Sweeping strikes and execute are known problems and already reported.

If you think that 4p for arms is not working, you should make a seperate report about it.
