[REJECTED] Achievment - Fabulous, Fasnhionist cant be completed

Bug description: Fabulous achievment seems bugged since new patch went live. - Last completed was 33 days ago from now. The part of the Fabulous achievment - Fashionist: Shirt cannot be completed on my character - on screenshots included all my shirt collection, but only 7/15 shirts were counted (these 7 I collected before 33 days ago).

I think all the parts are broken because they are completed by players more than 30 days ago.

Confirmed. A lot of learned appearances in general don't populate the list correctly, and some items are even missing for appearances altogether, even if it's been learned.
