Bug description: The silence effect that the trinket it's producing should work ony enemy but it silences myself.

Ive got the same issue, however my situation is that whenever i am in stealth or after i break stealth i get silenced for 2 seconds every now and then.

Confirmed. As a retribution paladin, GBoK and GBoW proc the trinket on wearer.
