Bug description: Power Word : Shield Automatically Decreasing absorb effect by time without someone hitting the target with shield
Proof:cant make a video for it , just just mouse over Power Word : Shield of Disc spec and u will see shield absorb automatically reducing by time without receiving any damage

it is fix for shadow spec only this bug happening for disc spec .
