[DUPLICATE] [Trinket] Writhing Heart of Darkness applies damage debuff to player aswell

Bug description: Using https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=137315&&name=writhing-heart-of-darkness on my Brewmaster and I can see Feed on the Weak debuff on my players debuffs. Assuming this is happening the player would be dealing less damage to the target aswell? I am no good with numbers so can only tell what I see on my player debuffs.
Proof: Easily replicated. Just need confirmation.

It shouldn't proc on you. It's proccing from your self healing.

Will reject this as it's an issue with the entire proc system.
