[DUPLICATE] [Enchant] Mark of the Claw

Bug description: Mark of the Claw is trigger by almost EVERYTHING(non-damaging/healing abilities, external items etc..). It can be triggered even mounting up.
I saw some tank having same issue with Mark of the Heavy Hide, so it seem to be a general bug for all neck enchants with this kind of effect. For the lattest i can't actually provide a good proof.
