sorry can you help me?.....i have a problem....

i play the game and ,when i select the character and join, the game crash and there is a message that told me this.....

Hello alberto91,

This problem happens when you change your game language to something other than English. Currently the only officially supported language is English, please change your language and the game will work again!
We're hoping to be able to offer other languages again soon.
