Relieved of their valuables quest problem

I have a problem with quest Relieved of Their Valuables ( https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=46769&name=relieved-of-their-valuables )
All chests I found is named "Veiled" not "Hidden". I think it's made by mage tower passive "Fel Treasures", so i have a couple of questions.
How long mage tower is active?
It's possible to find "Hidden" chest or any other way to finish it when mage tower is active?

Hello Yashin,

Hidden Wyrmtongue Caches are spawned all the time, unrelated to the Mage Tower building.

Mage Tower is active for around 4 days after finishing construction, then it will be destroyed by the Legion and will need to be rebuilt.
