Bug description: After through testing I've noticed that auto attacks, don't generate maelstrom always. Sometimes the maelstrom generated is late 2-3 seconds, sometimes I don't get it at all. I've tested to make sure that those attacks were NOT dodged or "misses". It also happens that Parried attacks don't regenerate Maelstrom. I don't know if that's intended.
Proof: Playing for 2 weeks, watching closely.
