Bug description: When u use ironskin brew u should recive 54% of dmg in the Stagger withou use u should recive 40%

without ironskin brew it works fine, but when u use it gets bbugged.

Without using brew:





calc:

Total DMG: 375.2k
Melee DMG: 268k
Stagger: 107.2K


268 + 107.2 (40%) = 375.2 (OK Working fine)

Using Brew:






Calc:

Without brew should give 40% to stagger, using brew should give 54% to stagger (35% of 40% = 14%)

Total DMG: 471k
Melee DMG: 269.6k
Stagger: 202.2k

269.6 + 145,5 (54%) = 415,1k (54% of 269.6 is 145k not 202 got +50k of free dmg)

Not used Artifact or trinkets of procs to don't interfire between dmg recivied during the stagger same set withou enchants or procs.

Ironskin brew should be additive, not multiplicative so the amount should actually be 40% without ironskin and 75% with ironskin (by default without traits).

I tested it with the tank dummy out of orgrimmar and i was staggering 49.7% aprox with high tolerance and without the brew and 73.5% with the brew (calculated from combat log staggered/totaldmg). All hits did different dmg but this relation remained with little variation (1-2% max). So if the brew is additive it should be ~85% with high tolerance instead of 73-75% right?
