starrting quest

hi . i just reached lvl 100 , when i came to dalaranthe quest giver hooded priestess gets disapear and i cant start my arftifact weapon quest and other quests for legion , its looks like other ppl having this problem too .

Have you tried deleting your cache from your C:/WoW_legion Folder? usually this resolves any issues with questgivers not showing up or quests not appearing

I have the same problem.

In Dalaran, the text in chat from the Hooded priestess is there, but the NPC is not. So you can't start the quest chain.

LE:
I have got an answer from a GM. The NPC is a little buggy and despawns in less than 1 second. I have tried different locations in Dalaran to logoff/logon, until the NPC was stable and I could take the quest.

Hello, i have this problem too. When i go to Dalaran the NPC isn't there. I tried relogging and deleting cache, but the problem continues.

I've done some testing on this and the spawn place for this questgiver seems a bit odd, she will also disappear while in certain parts of dalaran, I will forward this issue to a dev to see if it can be fixed.
For now I would suggest trying to log in in different spots in dalaran (I found that the closer you get to Greyfang enclave the more likely it gets that she will instantly despawn, so you could try logging in front of either of the banks for instance).

For me, it was a first try when I did the logoff/logon on the bank's stairs.
I'm posting to confirm it works and to keep it at the top. It's useful information, as it took 3 days for me to get the good answer from a GM (at the 3rd ticket) and get it done.
