Stuck in graves :-s

i dead ,, and when i revived i appeared in room without at least one door to out :-s i cannot get out ,, and my hearthstone dosent teleport me ,, please teleport me

it didnt work ,, but i solved it by another way , by joining dungeon so i teleported to new place
