Stuck at Recruiting the Troops

I recruited the ghouls before I had the quest and now I can't recruit any more ghouls. Tried abandoning and starting the quest again, did not work. What should I do?

Send some ghouls in missions @scouting map and after they "die", recruit new ones.

I haven't got any missions in scouting map in like 3 or 4 days, except the first two missions that I had quest with.

Edit: did some more quests and a mission appeared and I could do it. Issue resolved.

same happened for me quest isnt working
i did sent them on misson and used all of them
then i abadoned the quest and recruited them for like 2 times and still not completing the quest
please help it asap

Hello lostmyself,

Make sure that you aren't in a raid group while attempting this quest since quests can't be completed in raid groups. The quest works, so I assume that that's the reason why it hasn't worked for you.
Alternatively, try clearing your Cache folder.

Well my quest was not completing cause of class hall upgrade which upgrades ghouls but since i changed the upgrade its working now
thankx for reply anyways
