Bug description: Whenever you cast Flamestrike (instant or non-instant) and it crits on the targeted or the near enemies, it should generate one Heating Up (https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=48107 (wowhead link)), but it never does. This significantly drops fire mages' damage.

Hot Streak need 2 crit of a direct damage fire spell in a row. Flamestrike is a spell which hit the ground with AoE damage. It would be even hard to manage Heating Up/Hot Streak using Flamestrike on a big group of enemies unless you have Combustion(a lot of non-crit and crit damages done at the same time).

It shouldnt generate heating up, its a targetted ground aoe that can hit multiple targets. The only exception to the rule is talented dragon breath.

These things cant/shouldnt trigger heating up:

Dragon's Breath (unless using talent)
Blast Wave
Living Bomb
Cinderstorm
Meteor
Frost Nova
Flamestrike

Heating Up only procs off of direct-damage critical strikes. AOE spells aren't direct.
