Bug description: The legendary doesn't increase the duration of renew unless its used 2 times .( you need to have renew active on the target and use renew again in order for the legendary to work ). and that shouldn't happen .
first time the duration will be 21 sec https://imgur.com/a/Tr8fAUF, then on the 2nd time of using renew ( while having it already active on the target ) the duration will be 27 sec https://imgur.com/a/hXh8Sfy.

The duration should always be 27sec if u have the legendary equipped.

The baseline duration of renew is 15 seconds, the trousers give 6 seconds extra time, this is working properly
