Bug description: Using Black Arrow on a mob taunts EVERYTHING in a certain radius. Even mobs that I'm not in combat with. It is meant to only taunt the mob you use it on. It even says so in the tooltip.
Proof: Try using it on a single mob while other are near.

Confirmed.

The black arrow minion taunts other 2 to 3 targets around the main black arrow's target.
