[DUPLICATE] [Champion Hall items/champions] Armor Set items not working properly

The Armor Enhancement items to increase Follower's item level (Heavy Armor Set, Fortified Armor Set, Indestructible Armor Set) should work up until ilvl 850 of the followers.

What I noted now is that they do not increase the followers item level once they are past ilvl 830. None of the 3 items work. However, as seen on the video below, they do work to increase the ilvl OVER 850, which also shouldn't occur at all.

On my first character, however, these items work just fine, as I have recently used +5 ilvl items (Heavy Armor Set) to increase from 840 to 850. Maybe it has something to do with characters that haven only done some part of the Class Hall AFTER 7.2.5. But I am just wondering...

Confirmed, i have only 1 follower at 875, the rest of them are 830 and can't upgrade them.

Confirm, i have one follower at 850 others are stuck at 835 and one of them is even at 847.
