Bug description: Engineering tinkers shouldn't count as normal Enchanting scroll.

Patch 4.1.0 (26-Apr-2011): Tinker enchantments now stack with regular enchantments.

Wasn't changed since.

Tinker enchants does not overwrite normal enchants.
You can have both a tinker enchant and a normal enchant.
Goblin Glider tinker enchants targeted item with a Goblin Glider "Use" spell.
It seems this feature of getting these tinkers and enchants *stacked* was implemented on 4.0.1, I have found no information about a later change/hotfix/update. The gamepedia topic was last updated on 4th of March 2019.
