Hostile NPC-s in Serenity peak

Bug description: if you visit serenity peak as alliance pandaren... you are attacked by several npc-s when you go down to the area where pandaren and monks are practicing their skills... They should not be hostile!
Proof: Just go to serenity peak and see for yourself.

so you think its right that i show up being level 20 to do a quest there and im getting chased down by a big tauren who one shots me... and a crazy gnome or something which level i also cannot see?
