Disappearing items after server crash or forced disconnect

WoW Freakz item link: too many and i dont remember their names, and i dont care about them anymore, they arent super high ilvl, its just that i cant even go lfr because of the low ilvl, or dungeons if ppl see i literally have an item missing or more
Bug description: Everytime there is a server crash or i get disconnected i lose an item or two(after equipping it) on my dk this has been happening for a while but then it stopped so i decided not to report it, however today another item disappeared, its really hard to gear up if my newly acquired gears end up missing by the next day or so. This time it literally happened within 45 minutes of getting an item, it disappeared after having a random disconnect, so now my dk is yet again back to ilvl 811 after i geared it up for the third or fourth time after losing one of my trinkets and so on. I have seen posts about ppl having their legendaries disappear after crash but for me all kinds of items have gone missing, world quest item, vendor item... anything really. The only thing that hasnt disappeared yet is probably my artifact weapon. Please guys i need help

This is the latest item. I got a wrist (which at the time was around 860 since my ilvl was about 860-865 at that time) and sadly the item disappeared when i went to do a key and upon leaving the group got disconnected. When i logged in again it was missing.




Update: i have lost a chest piece and a quest item since i made the post about a week ago. This time however they disappeared after a regular logout. The chest was a loot from m0 and when i logged back on it wasnt there anymore, thankfully i ve kept my previous gear so i had replacement. Similar with the quest item, i logged out and when i came online again it was missing from my bag, i tried recovering them via script on site but it says there is nothing to recover on the character.
