[FIXED] [Mage] Trinkets Mastery proc vs Arcane mage

Bug description: Everytime a trinket procs Mastery on arcane mage ,it eat about 33% mana which is a bad deal for arcane mage . Tested 2 trinkets ,same result. Tested same trinkets with frost spec and the result was that only on arcane it seems to eat ~33% mana on mastery proc.

Mastery on arcane increases maximum mana and mana regen on top of increasing arcane charge damage, while on frost it just increases damage of pet and stored icicle damage, does not modify max mana, so thats why on frost you dont see the bug occur.

For some reason on this server when your mastery stat changes on arcane, your mana pool is adjusted as if you had 1.100.000 maximum mana which is the base for all casters that run on mana this expansion, it doesnt take into account the extra mana already provided by your mastery at the moment the change occurs. Your mana % should stay unchanged no matter what mastery stat changes occur, only thing that should move your mana % is casting a spell or the mana regen.

So in short, when a mastery stat change occurs and you are above 1.100.000 mana, the server will consume any mana above 1.1m when it recalculates maximum mana after mastery changes because it ignores the extra mana you have from mastery at the moment the change happens and this is wrong, your mana % should stay the same.

I have 1.407.999 mana

-i cast one barrage and im back to full mana before the projectile reaches dummy
-the trinket procs and server resets my mana to 1.1m instead
-With each tick of mastery gain or loss from trinket buff, any mana regenerated above 1.1m is lost and my mana is constantly reset to 1.100.000
