PVP Battleground Necrotic Strike & Outbreak

Good Day,

I'm pretty often in battleground and using Necrotic Strike (ID:223829) after Festering Strike (ID: 85948) doesn't debuff or apply on enemy target. Only after you spam like crazy. If you can check it.

Second thing is that Outbreak (ID:77575) when applied to other DK's you get the message ''Immune'' or something similar but the spell is not applied to the target.

Both issues are PVP- battleground related.

Please report any class related bugs in this section: https://forum.wow-freakz.com/PENDING-Class-spells-talents-f5550.html - Also make sure to include proof. The class-subforums aren't the correct place to report bugs.
