Rogue artifact last quest bug? (Horde)

I have done all quest for the rogue class artifact except the last one (The unseen blade). I can accept the quest normally from garona in front of stormwind and proceed to go with the scenario. Buuut im stuck because every single time i proceed to the second act (retrieving a smoke bomb) everything lagged very hard right after i enter the trade district in stormwind and that made me unable to move or act, since doing anything will just made me killed by the guard at that point

i would suggest leveling to 101 by farming mobs at broken shore and then buy some 680-820 gear from the AH for a cheap price artifact scenarios become much easier this way than trying to do them with early pandaria gear. hope it helps
