Bug description: Doesn't change cat color.
Proof: Used it and still have same cat after shifting multiple times.

Yeah, I've been having the same problem. The cat doesn't change at all. Also, the bear form for night elves with purple hair is messed up

Tried to get this to work multiple times, with and without artifact etc and in different specs, confirmed it doesnt work.
