Issues getting my artifact weapon

Character: Derianne- Felsong

I don't know in wich category is this so i will put this on general discussion.

The thing is, i was doing the druid artifact weapon questline, i logout a moment.
When i log in again, i couldn't find the questline or anything related to my artifact weapon.
I'd be grateful if any gm reset the questline or something like that in my character

It will restart the scenario.
