Bug description: this passive is supposed to reduce the cooldown on adrenaline rush, between the eyes, sprint, grappling hook, sprint, marked for death and vanish when you use a finishing move but its not reducing the cooldown of vanish and between they eyes (the other ones work fine)
Proof: as you can see in the video im spamming finishers with max combo points but the cooldown on vanish and between the eyes does not change https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4_Gkm1356xY&feature=youtu.be
