After i hit prestige level 1 i didn't get the item that starts the "Victor Spoils" quest.

You need to get prestige 2. It says prestige 1 Honor level 50 i.e. prestige 2. . I know I had the same problem. Pretty confusing wording on blizzards part. Go grinding again boy

Since i wrote the post i've got prestige 2 and nothing happened. My friend told me to do a forum post on it 'cus i can't get it otherwise.

You gotta do a quest to unlock the skin. I think Sylvanus starts it. Check Undercity.

DIVYAGANGULY is correct, you need to go to Lady Sylvanas Windrunner in Undercity to start the quest "The Victor's Spoils".
