Frenzyheart NPCs not attackable

Bug description: These npc are not attackable. Trying to attack them displays "Invalid target". The checkbox "at war" with Frenzyheart Tribe is checked, so that is not the problem. This problem makes quests https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=12576&&name=forced-hand and https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=12575&&name=the-lost-mistwhisper-treasure impossible to complete. Also, that dragon next to warlord Tartek is not attackable as well.
