My utorrent client updating to new version when downloading wow legion?

I use utorrent to download 40gb wow legion while downloading, my utorrent client upgrading to new version. My question is, is it fine ? i am afraid my wow will corrupt. but i hope its not.

Not sure if I understand you correctly, but

If your uTorrent program updated to a new version then yes, that is absolutely fine. The version of the Torrent software doesn't matter, in fact, I'd always recommend to get the latest version of it.

If you're asking if it's possible to update WoW with it, then no, that's not possible. You download what you clicked to download (In this case World of Warcraft version 7.2.5), and it won't randomly change that.

Torrent application should not interfere with the downloads at any point.
