Achievement The Coin Master Unobtainable - Northrend Dalaran

Bug description: You are unable to fish in the Northrend Dalaran fountain to complete the achievement. When you click on the fishing spell, you get a error stating "You cannot use that here". This achievement is a requirement for the fishing achievement Accomplished Angler

Confirmed, youre not able to fish in any of the fountains in dalaran
