[Hunter][Pet] Exotic pet size bug

Bug description: Some exotic pets are too small when they are summoned after dismounting or a phase change such as dalaran weird phasing or by activating a mythic key in a dungeon. However when summoning them using call pet they are properly sized. This makes pet tracking much harder in dungeons unless you are willing to dismiss and resummon them pretty often.
So far noticed this on Devilsaur, Core Hound, Chimera, Hydra and Rylak pet families

First part shows the size difference between call pet and dismount on Core Hound and Devilsaur and towards the end the effect of a phase change on pet size (0:41)

Can confirm it does happen. Just tested it with the Exotic Devilsaur.
