[TBC] [Auchindon] [Mana-Tombs] Pandemonius is completely missing.

Bug description: He should be the first boss in Mana-Tombs. He is completely absent. At least on Heroic. Haven't checked Normal.

I played retail TBC and there is no requirement for getting him to spawn or anything, he is simply there in the very first room, beyond the first corridor. On retail anyhow.

Note: He drops a unique looking leather chest piece that is relevant to Transmoggers.
