How to change from Legion to MoP for Insta-90

I'm guessing it would have something to do with changing the realmlist.WTF but I can't find it? or maybe it's done another way? I just want to find out.

Hello lunarstarsix,

To play on MoP you need to get a Mists of Pandaria client, it's not possible to play on the server with the Legion game client.
