Loading problem.

Bug description: Hi. im from iran and i have problem in logging in. when i enter my username and password i stuck in "logging into game server". when i try several attempts i can log in. then i use my character and click enter world. loading screen comes but it stops at 80-90% complete. what shal i do? is it about my country ( ip address )or something else?

Hello Priestofluna,

There are currently connection problems for players from Iran - this likely has something to do with your country, it's not related to our login servers.

The only way around this problem right now is to use a VPN.

We're not sure if and when this problem will be resolved, as, again, it's not related to anything on our end.

Thanks for your respond. I cant log in with vpn. I tried several connections as vpn2 - tunnel+ - kerio - cisco anyconnect but i could'nt log in to game. i freeze in connection step. Please guide me.

I'd recommend TunnelBear, a VPN I personally use sometimes.

It has worked for two players from Iran I've suggested it to, so, sounds like a good thing to start with.
