getting kicked for not using the wow freakz launcher when i am

I use the Wow freakz designated launcher (launcher_freakz.exe) yet when i log into a character i get kicked because it says im not using the launcher.

i have reinstall the launcher and restarted my Pc and those didnt work. Im at a loss. Help please.

Hello kesun,

Open your task manager and close all processes related to Freakz launchers and World of Warcraft.
Also check your Windows Firewall settings, a recent WIndows 10 update has caused those to reset.

If that doesn't work, try the following solutions:
- Redownload the launcher
- Set all launcher_freakz and WoW executables to run with administrator privileges
- Delete the WTF folder
- Move the WoW client to another location on your hard drive, for example the Desktop
- Delete launcher_freakz-64.exe, launcher_freakz-64.dll and Wow-64.exe

Hi, thank you i found a hidden wow process and closed it. that seemed to fix the problem right away thank you!
