Bug description: I am sorry if i am in wrong,but seems ppl use this toy to kill same faction,so they probably can farm honors with same faction,and i think thats a bug abusse.And Game Master told me to report this-when i make topic in-game

This item can only be used on the Timeless Isle. It's supposed to make you hostile to everyone - they can kill you and you can kill them.

Yes, they are using a different item. This item can only be used in (mostly) PvP areas. Can't use it throughout all of the Broken Isles.
