Can't login in to the accounts

Bug description: i just cant log in to my account. the login message just disappear after saying "Logging in to game server"
i tested this in another account too > Same problem <

Are you from Iran? If yes, then you Need to Play with a VPN

yes im from iran.
when i run a vpn it says "You have been disconnected".
i think i should change my server because im iranian!!!! pffff

Hello hiliden,

There are currently connection problems for players from Iran - this likely has something to do with your country, it's not related to our login servers.

The only way around this problem right now is to use a VPN.

We're not sure if and when this problem will be resolved, as, again, it's not related to anything on our end.

Playing here is still possible with the use of a VPN that hasn't yet been blocked by your country's government.
