Bug description: There Was 2 Nerfs On Sub Rogue Legendaries That You Made Recently & It Will Come After Server Restart But There Is Something That You Have To Know About This , As You See Theese 2 Legendary Nerfs Was Made On 11th August 2017 ( On Hotfixes ) But The Point Is That Blizzard Released 7.3 Patch On 29 August 2017 ( As You Can Search On Google & See
The 7.3 Release Date )
So This Legendary Nerfs Happened Nearly When The 7.2.5 Patch Was Finished !
Blizzard Always Making Some Nerfs On Pre Patchs ( Starting 2 Or 3 Weeks Before Releasing The New Patch ) & Then It Will Release The New Patch ( As You Can See On That Hotfix Paper There Was Some Huge Nerfs On Killjaeden & Fallen Avatar Too )
But Atm Your Server Is Not Going To Release 7.3 Patch !!! & Its Not Fair To Do This Nerfs On Sub Rogue , Maybe The Donated Players Dont Care About This Nerfs But For Players Who Trying Hard To Gather ilvl & Pushing Their Dps , This Nerfs Are So Bad !
Acctually You Have To Ignore Last 2 Or 3 Week Updates & Hotfixes Or You Have To Do Blizzard Nerfs On Bosses Too !!!!!!!

That can be said for all of the classes. Warriors for instance were hit with a nerf on their two best in slot legendaries, on the same date. But I think since the nerfs happened IN 7.2.5, Freakz should follow the same rule. They can't just go out of their way and revert the hotfixes they had already done to a class. This isn't fair for other classes too that their class gets the august hotfix but the other class doesn't. I am saying from all players perspective. Take it for what it is.

Last Patch Updates & Hotfixes On Blizzard Are The Reasons That Players Going To Change Their Spec => For Rogue Changing From Sub To Assassin ( As You Can See In Warcraftlogs Analysis)
& This Is True For Warriors & Other Classes Too !! ( Warriors Changed Their Spec From Arms Too Fury On 7.3 But The Hotfix Was On 7.2.5 )

Blizzard Always Make Some Nerfs On 2 Or 3 First Dps Specs When The Patch Is Going To End To Force Top Dps Players , Playing Other Specs On Next Patch & Its Right For Low Patch Dpses Too ( Buffing Low Dps Specs To Encourage Players , Playing That Spec On The Next Patch ) ====> 2 Best Dpses On 7.2.5 Are Arms Warrior & Sub Rogue => So Both Nerfed On Last Patch That Players Have To Play Fury Warrior & Assassination Rogue ! ==> ( You Can Check The Warcraftlogs On 7.2.5 Bosses & 7.3 Bosses )

So Just Freakz Have To Ignore That Last Patch Hotfixes Or Do Boss Nerfs Too

For Example A Donated Sub Rogue Before Update Can Make Last Fight Dps Around 2M ==> With This Update He Can To Around 1.8M & Both 2M & 1.8M Are More Than Enough For Killing 7.2.5 Bosses

But A Normal Sub Rogue With 930 Mythic Items Can Make Last Fight Dps Around 1.2-1.3M Before Update ==> With This Update He Can Do Around 1M
1.2-1.3M Was Enough But With 1M Dps The Boss Is Not Going To Be Killed !!!

So You Have 2 Choices :
1- Nerfing Bosses On Last Patch So The Normal Guilds Can Kill The Boss Too
2- Telling The Normal Guilds That This Server Is NOT For You & GoodLuck

Just Think About It This Doesnt Make Any Sence That Blizzard Come & Say Your Lengedary Is Too Strong & I Wanna Change It To A Shit Legendary In The Middle Of The Patch So You Have To Change Your Spec & Do Keystones Again To Push Your Other Spec Trait Up

It Just Doing Legendary Nerfs On Last Patch Hotfixes So The Players Have Enough Time To Change Their Specs From The Beginning Of The New Patch !!

I provide the evidence in the same way that these nerfs were more than everything for the pre 7.3 and the idea of blizard was not to saturate with a massive blow of changes in 7.3 If you look at the date of these.

These 2 both the video and the same date notes and only 2 weeks after the change of patch 7.3 but here for that missing a lot; but much so that in these types of changes some criterion reports of class failures there are so that they prioritize this type of things without taking the context of blizard.

Not A Big Deal For Assassination Rogue Cause Its 99% About State ( Mastery )

But For Sub Rogue Specially The Wrist Nerf On 7.2.5 Is A Huge Mistake !

Arms Warriors Too As I Said

50% Nerf On Head & 40% Nerf On Finger ====> It Means That Push Your Trait Up & We Dont Need Max HP Buff More ( & As You Know Fury Is Nearly Trash For Single Target Bosses On 7.2.5 )
