Bug description: so here i was gonna turn in the quest when suddenly this npc just runs off like so fast that i could not catch up and disappears into the ground , i followed him but he ran so far that i lost him in the mountains, and it says 6min respwan but he dosen't come back until server restart even so he aren't supposed to run of like that, you are supposed to unlock him from his chain but he is not chained off and he just runs off and disappears kinda impossible to turn in this quest from the moment he comes back after sever reset u have like 1 second to talk and turn in the quest before he runs off

I can't replicate this since it would require restarts etc, but since you also posted a way how to do it properly I'll leave it here.

well, he's still running away he should be chained as u need a key to unlock him , he is way to fast to follow not only that he fells under ground too u have like 1 sec before he runs off and he is gone until restart tried like 7 times
