Bug description: As in the compare link described there are a few monsters who should give kill credit to this quest. I killed over 200 of those monsters (documented like 140 on a sheet of paper) and did not get the credit to finalize the quest.
Add Info: Have a look at completion numbers of the three parallel quests: Link1 Link2 Link3
Proof: Additionally you can sse on this screenshot no marks on above mentioned monsters, that they would be relevant for this quest:

This quest gets credit by doing other quests like A Knight's Belongings, My Kingdom for a Horse and They Stole Excaliberto! or killing crabs in that area. But you need to have that aura on you

I did not have this spell. I already completed the other quests, perhaps this cancelled the spell.

Abandoning the quest and retaking did help in this case. Thank you for your help here.
