i lost a trinket i just won on dark heart ticket

i lost a trinket on DHT on my death knight (blood), so here's what happened i finished the mythic+8 i won a trinket it's (writhing heart of darkness) then i go to dk hall via the portal then i went afk i went on my phone browsing youtube and everything then i decided to go back play, went to the pc was on lobby pressed ok then boom i check out my gear and i found no trinket equipped i freaked out i went to try to get it back using the thingy on wow-freakz.com but it didn't work, can u guys get it back or something, please help me guys

Hello realshit28,

It's a known issue which will hopefully be fixed soon, however, the only gear we can restore are legendary item, regular epic Legion gear can't be restored.
