How do I go to broken isles?

I m Paladin standing at the Dalaran flight path area. Flight master don't show any Flight path to broken isles. I don't see any other NPC here.
I just MIGRATE form different server. I think if I jump off I would just die.

Hello Masatao,

Leave Dalaran via the portal to your capital city (Orgrimmar or Stormwind), then use the portal to return to Dalaran. You should be approached by an NPC offering you a quest, this will introduce you to your Class Hall, from where you can start the introduction quests to the four levelling zones in the Broken Isles. Those quests are accessed via the Scouting Map.

Just did ask you asked and still nothing...
No NPC offering a quest introducing four leveling zones in the Broken Isles.
I'm a Horde Paladin btw.

Perhaps that quest is automatically completed for a migrated character, go to Light's Hope Chapel in Eastern Plaguelands, there's a clickable tile on the floor which opens the door to the Class Hall.

I am so sorry maybe I am not explaining it right...
I already got the weapon from Light's Hope Chapel in Eastern Plaguelands and have it on me, now the quest I on now is called ( To Faronaar ).
This quest say I have to go see Vindicator Boros at Broken Isles.
I look at youtube and it shows people using flight master at Dalaran., so when I go see him he offers me no flight path so I m kinna stuck here.
I have not been to broken Isles previously.

Doesn't change anything, what I said in my previous post is accurate.

Take the quest for Aszuna from the Scouting Map located in Light's Hope Chapel, that'll enable you to use the flight master to get down there.
There's also a portal to Dalaran in Light's Hope Chapel.
