Bug description: My problem is that this item has a very low drop rate! Kharazan has the greatest chance of dropping this item! But I farmed for 5 hours and still didn't dropp! I think it is almost impossible to get this item right now at such a small Drop Chance! I would recommend increasing the drop chance to at least a 5-10% chance!

The highest drop chance is between 0.15% and 0.75% in Kharazan! You don't even have a 1% chance of dropping! I think this MUST be changed because it doesn't make sense to have the item in the game!

I don't think so it's about % of drop, i think it's bugged so for some places it can't drop at all. Don't know why, but i farmed it in Welspring in Aszuna for more then 3 hours ( after 3 I stop looking at the watch ) and didn't get it. When you look on WoWhead comments about that rank 2 pattern, they are all get it from same welspring in less then 1 hour of farming. So something is bugged but I think players can't explore what it is...

It doesn't matter what the specific problem is! Here's the solution! And the point is that you should raise your chance of a drop! 5-10% would be enough! Which mobs are dropping it will be up to the GMs to decide! But until they do, it's almost impossible to get it!
