Bug description: When I use blackout kick with 1, 2 or 3 stacks i have a animation delay on the spell, if I use blackout kick without teachings of the monastery buff, I dont have any delay. The delay is bigger if I have 3 stacks, making it hard to keep up with the damage rotation if I run for example the honor talent https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=216113&&name=way-of-the-crane
Proof: easy to test, try 1 blackout kick without teaching of the monastery, and after try 3 tiger palms to stack the buff and after that use blackout kick.

Hello! The thing you are referring to is a spell animation bug. Here for every Teachings of the Monastery stack, you are stuck at the start of Blackout kick animation, until the "purple things"( I believe stacks) hit first, then you finish the animation!

The animation should be the other way around- normal Blackout kick then purple stacks hit clockwise, like in this video from 7.2.5 https://youtube.com/watch?v=X0Ynfufttpk&t=803:

I did some testing and this does NOT delay any action as the animation always ends at your GCD times (tested with normal GCD and Bloodlust buff). During the animation you can use your off-GCD cooldowns like Cocoon, thunder tea, fortifying brew, used thunder tea here: https://imgur.com/a/3zHc2OK

In conclusion, I believe this is only animation/visual bug.
