Bug description: Quest isnt scripted at all. This is an escort quest, meaning you shall escort the given npc, in this case Arch druid Fandral Staghelm.
Since it isnt scripted, or so I believe it isnt you wont be able to have the npc follow you, meaning you wont be able to complete the quest.
