Bug description: The object to click on called The Heart of Zin-Azshari, which looks like a staff sticking out of the ground, is not spawning in the dungeon. You do not receive the staff nor get credit for killing Wrath of Azshara

You need to do it on Mythic difficulty (as stated in the quest text) - I can see on you're screenshot that you're in Normal mode.

It works when doing it on Mythic.

Also, pay attention to where you're posting, this is the MoP section.
